Caster Builderboard is the standalone private builder-ranking surface for Caster OS. This static fallback keeps builderboard navigation, Farcaster mini app compatibility, builder rankings contracts, project index gates, search, realtime sync, builder profile hydration, rewards, wallet session handoff, and read-only status routes live while Reown AppKit, wallet-authenticated builder ranking reads, owned-index cache, and rollback remain blocked_external.
